20 Minutes Travel Time from Tarlac to Cabanatuan via New CLLEx

Now that Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEx) is complete, travel time from Tarlac City to Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija will be reduced to only 20 minutes by July 15, 2021. Are you excited to pass here?

Central Luzon Link Expressway is a toll-free expressway currently under construction in the Central Luzon region. It will connect the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway and Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway to the currently under-construction North Luzon East Expressway in Cabanatuan towards San Jose, Nueva Ecija.
