Have you seen the new SMDC project in Cagayan de Oro? Here’s an aerial survey of the 5-hectare SMDC’s (SM Development Corporation) Condominium Complex as of July 2021.

SMDC’s 5-hectare Condo Complex is located along Macapagal Drive in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.

The perimeter fence has been painted with SMDC’s slogan “The good guys!”.
