Here’s an aerial view of the vehicles entering Butuan City that were stuck in long traffic at the checkpoint in Brgy. Antongalon, Butuan City this afternoon, March 17, 2020.

This is due to all passengers are required to fill out the transport vehicle checklist from the authorities in charge of the area for profiling.
