From General Luna, take the Siargao Circumferential Road all the way to Barangay Del Carmen which is a 40-KM ride. Ride a pump boat in Port of Del Carmen / Del Carmen Tourism Center to Sugba Lagoon in Caob Island which is approximately forty minutes to get over to the lagoon.
Sugba Lagoon is located in Del Carmen, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. It is open to tourist from 6 AM until 3 PM.
