According to dmitrivalencia, this is the ongoing March 2020 construction of the Silang segment of CALAX from Santa Rosa Interchange passing the hilly terrain of Silang ending near Tibig Road. The terrain is a challenge as it passes streams and creeks (waterways) plus the uneven elevation. You could even see cut sections to where the alignment passes. This documentation was done before the lockdown.
