Cebu – Balamban Transcentral Highway Road Slope Protection Update

It is now much safer to pass along the slide-prone portion of Cebu – Balamban – Transcentral Highway with the recent completion of a slope protection project along the road in Barangay Cansomoroy, Balamban, Cebu.

Here’s the 2021 latest update of the road slope protection project along the slide-prone area in Balamban, Cebu.

“This engineering intervention will help stabilize the soil condition in this particular road section and prevent future soil collapse or landslide that could cause road inaccessibility/closure and accidents to road users in this mountainous road,” said Secretary Villar
