Central Luzon Link Expressway is a toll-free expressway currently under construction in the Central Luzon region. It will connect the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway and Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway to the currently under-construction North Luzon East Expressway in Cabanatuan towards San Jose, Nueva Ecija.
