The Dinogan Festival 2024 in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, concluded with tremendous success, highlighting the vibrant culture and community spirit of the Carmenanons. From July 8 to July 16, the festival was a grand spectacle of activities, culminating in the Barangay Carmen Fiesta on July 16. This year’s celebration was made possible by the dedicated leadership of Barangay Carmen Punong Barangay Joaquin “Kikang” Uy, also known as KapKik.
