Here’s the update from Dmitri Valencia. With the green light from the IATF and DPWH, infrastructure construction projects have resumed, and let us check the ongoing works on this China Aid project Estrella – Pantaleon Bridge. A column from the Makati / JP Rizal side is visible now while you could also see structures along Estrella side /Rockwell. As for the Mandaluyong side, the column (along the river) is visible. This is one of two bridges being constructed and funded by Chinese ODA under the Build Build Build Program.
