The construction of Iligan Esplanade Phase 1 (2019) started on June 20, 2019, with a project cost of PHP 72,375,000.00. The Iligan Esplanade Phase 2 (2020) started on February 21, 2020, with a project cost of PHP 46,575,568.12.
