Japan-Funded River Boulevard in Cagayan de Oro

Here’s a glimpse of the new CDO River Boulevard. The 2.3-KM river boulevard is funded by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) as part of the Cagayan de Oro River Flood Risk Management Project.

The 2-lane river boulevard from Puntod to Burgos Street (JR Borja Bridge) passes under Marcos Bridge and Consolacion with a T-intersection to Burgos Street.

The CDO River Boulevard is set to open in Q1 2023.
