Limketkai Module-2 BPO & Cyberpark Building is located at Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.

The building project was declared as a Special Economic Zone by virtue of Proclamation No. 363 which was signed in Malacañang on November 24, 2017. It’s a 4-storey building with 2 basements and a floor area of 32,676.21 sqm. with a lot size of 16,360 sqm. and a gross leasable area of 10,631.10 sqm. It has a food plaza at the 2nd-floor podium and 3-level parking for 334 cars and 206 motorcycles. It features 3 lift nodes, 4 elevators up to 4th floor from basement-2, 1 service elevator from ground to 2nd floor, 2 elevators from basement-2 to the 2nd floor.
