Manila to Bulacan Railways in Full Swing as of June 2019
The construction of 37.6 KM Philippine National Railways (PNR) Clark Phase 1 from Tutuban in Manila to Malolos in Bulacan is in full swing as part of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Project.
PNR Clark Phase 1 is expected to service 300,000 passengers per day with a travel time of 35 minutes from the current 45 minutes. It’s set for completion in 2022.
