NLEX Harbor Link Malabon Exit Now Open to Motorists

The Malabon Exit of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Harbor Link C3-R10 section has opened to motorists yesterday, February 21. It serves as an alternative route for those from the northern provinces bound for the Port Area, as well as to Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela.
