NLEX Harbor R-10 Spur Link to be Completed by June 15, 2020

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is working 24/7 to complete the NLEX Harbor R-10 Spur Link by June 15, 2020. When the project is completed, travel time from Quezon City to Manila will be reduced from 2 hours to only 20 mins.
