The NSCR Depot is located near the boundary of Bulacan. Developments begin at this large land as DMCI has started clearing and construction. The government under the Build Build Build program will resume constructing the North-South Commuter Railway line.
Soon we will have a real functioning railway (36 stations planned) to ease up travel from North to South. From the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone and International Airport in Mabalacat, Pampanga, and New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac to Calamba City in Laguna.
