Sorsogon Bags Guinness World Record for the Largest Filipino Folk Dance Performance

Sorsogon made it to the Guinness Book of World Records for hosting the Largest Filipino Folk Dance with a total of 7,127 dancers performed the “Pantomina sa Tinampo” on Oct. 31, 2019, during the Kasanggayahan Festival, the annual celebration of the founding of the province, all wearing terno and patadyong with abaca slippers, danced at the event.
