Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway to be Completed on July 15

The 88.85-kilometer four-lane Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway (TPLEX) is on track and is expected to be completed on July 15, 2020.

The Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway is an 88.85-kilometer four-lane expressway currently under development at the north side of Manila, in the Philippines.
