A glimpse of the newest and largest offshore patrol vessel of the Philippine Coast Guard, the BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV 8301) which will set sail to the Philippines in a few weeks.
BRP Gabriela Silang is the biggest vessel built by OCEA in Les-Sables d’Olonne, France. The vessel will be deployed to boost its patrol in the country’s archipelagic waters and exclusive economic zone.
The vessel has a length of 84 meters and a speed of 22 knots (41 km/h) maximum sustained.
