Typhoon Hagibis Strengthens as it Nears Philippines

Typhoon Hagibis (Bagyong Perla) strengthened as it moved closer to the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
