Here’s the latest aerial survey of the Uptown Cagayan de Oro Central Business District at Xavier Estates West as of April 2020.

Uptown CDO Central Business District is located along the road going to Taguanao (near Taguanao Bridge) in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. It’s owned and developed by A Brown Company, Inc. Also under development is the St. Ignatius Enclave Phase 2.
