Metro Manila Residents Can Now Take Photos of the Milky Way

With the clear sky, less air pollution, and less light pollution than usual, Metro Manila residents can now take photos of the Milky Way.

Here is a photo of the galactic center over the city lights of Makati and Quezon City taken in Manila.
